Is anyone doing rehearsal dinner favors? Should we have some sort of favor for the rehearsal dinner guests? What has everyone done or what is everyone doing?
Thanks!

I didn't think of it either but someone at work today told me that she made chocolate lolipops for a favor. I am not sure if I should do that or something else or nothing at all. ahhh!

If that woman had time to make chocolate lolipops then give her a medal! The RD is where you give the BP thier gifts. That's plenty doll!! No favors needed! Hows the nails grasshopper?

I've never heard of favors at the RD. Aren't wedding costs insane enough without adding something else to the mix???

Re: Rehearsal Dinner favors....
My SIL made small choc heart candies and wrapped them in tulle. She attached the date of the RD and with a thank you. She suprised me with them. She gave them out to everyone as a favor. Is is definitely not necessary though. This was the last thing on my mind, which is why I did not come with my own favor for everyone.

Re: Rehearsal Dinner favors....
My FMIL is insisting on favors. But it's just jordan almonds in a little bag so it's not that much.
But it's her party, so she can do what she wants....

I don't think you have to at all. You are already giving out gifts to the bridal party and parents-it's not necessary.

Thanks for the tip! I told the girl at work that if she wanted to make lolipops for me then go for it! The nails are great! I love them!!!!

Re: Rehearsal Dinner favors....
Favors for the rehearsal dinner are the last thing on my mind--it's bad enough that my FMIL invited half the family and it won't be a small and intimate evening like I had hoped.

Re: Rehearsal Dinner favors....
i'm not doing favors either. except for my 2 17-year old cousins, and FH's grandma - they are all getting gifts. and a free meal, that's enough!!

Re: Rehearsal Dinner favors....
I wasn't planning on doing a favor, but the chocolate lollipops sound like a really cute idea. Michaels sells a wilton kit that you can make mini chocolate wedding cakes, they come with the boxes and everything. A definite maybe on that idea...
