Rehearsal Dinner for Old Field Club brides....

Where are you having your rehearsal dinner? My FH & I are starting to look at places and we would love some suggestions. Anywhere within 20-30mins is fine. We just don't want to go too far away. If you think it's a questionable distance away though still suggest it. I'd love to hear where you ladies are doing it! We really need to start looking and find a place. Thanks!

Probably The Good Steer in Setauket...they have THE MOST AWESOME cheeseburger in the world...its called the Cheese Dream....omg now I'm drooling

It all depends on what type of restaurant you want. there are a ton of places in downtown port jefferson that would be beautiful....danfords etc. good luck!

I liked Danford's, but there were some issues. One - I wasn't a fan of the outdoor rooms they wanted to host the dinner in and they wouldn't allow us to use the main dining room which was the whole attraction there.
Two - I liked their food, but their catering menu seemed blah...

We would like other places though on the level of Danford's. It doesn't have to be a hotel, just a nice restaurant without being over the top.

Have you been to Pasta Pasta or The Fifth Season? They are both really great restaurants.

There is also the Three Village Country Club and the Country House. I think they are more the type of place that has a broader appeal. Pasta Pasta and The Fifth Season are more foodie stuff but they are amazing!
