Rehearsal Dinner Invitation Wording

Good Morning Ladies, I'm sitting here trying to come up with the wording for my rehearsal dinner invitations. I started looking online for ideas but I wanted to know where on the invitation do I write the churches information. Most of them just say where the dinner is being held. I know the church comes first so wouldn't you put that on the invitation to or a seperate piece of paper????

Practice makes perfect,
It's true what they say.
Please come for a run through,
Before our big day!

Please meet at t*****,
At 5:00 pm on the dot.
Where **** and ******
Will soon tie the knot!

We'll practice the ceremony
And iron out the kinks,
Then it is off to Ruth Chris
To enjoy some dinner and drinks
