Rehearsal Dinner invitation wording

Hi all!

Does anyone have recommendations for RD invitation wording? I am looking for cute poems, but also a way to incorporate the church and dinner addresses. Also, my dinner is 2 days before the wedding, so the date needs to be listed too! Help!!

This is what I was planning on using for mine. I know there is another version of it out there with slightly different wording. I'm sure if you do a search on here you might find it.


Practice makes perfect,
It's true what they say.
Please come for a run-through,
Before our big day!

Please meet at Church's name,
At 6:00 on the dot.
Where Bride and Groom's names,
Will soon tie the knot!

After the practice,
When all is said and done.
Please join us at Restaurant name,
For food, drinks and fun!

I plan on then printing both addresses on the very bottom or on the back with a note then on front stating address on back.
