Well, I went alittle over board with the DIY projects but I guess by the time the RD rolled around I was an old pro with making invitations.
So what I did was this...
I had some custom cut cardstock left over from another project so I used that and put it on a printed cardstock to use as a background/border. That was then adhered to a bronze colored envelopement and that was put into an envelope. I used the same fonts that I used on my wedding invites for the RD invites.
Here are some pictures of my RD Invites...Sorry the picture quality isn't that great...

Re: rehearsal dinner invitations
WOW!!!
Those are my colors., too, btw...
can you remember where you got that beautiful printed cardstock that you mounted your invitation on?
and do you remember where you got your bronze envelopements?
(or do you have enough left over to make 10 - 15 invitations that you want to sell?)
I think they look perfect!

Re: rehearsal dinner invitations
I don't really have any supplies left over for these b/c they were made up of 'left overs' from other DIY projects.
Here's where I got everything though...
The printed card stock and bronze envelopements were purchased in a store in CT called Blue Tulip but you can TOTALLY buy it online, try either Kate's Paperie (sp?) or MyGatsby.com. The printed background stock is by Anna Griffin and is from the 'plumes' collection...I don't remember where I got it, but I know it was online. I'm looking up what everything was...I'll post it in a minute.
The envelopement: 7 x 7 Color: Bronze (from the Metalics collection)
The backing stock: 7 x 7 Color: Bronze (from the Anna Griffin, Plumes Collection)
The ivory card stock for invitation: 6.5 x 6.5 (this gave me a .5 inch boarder) was ordered from LCI papers and custom cut. They're fantistic to work with - highly recommend them!
Ivory Envelope for entire invitation: LCI Papers website.
You can find all the envelopements stuff and Anna Griffin stock on the envelopements website, including where to purchase it. I went to that store in CT b/c it was near my sister's house and she picked up all the supplies for me.
If you need help with anything, just FM me. I'd be more than happy to help. I layed out my entire project myself. I have Illustrator so I could easily help you out.
