I'm making DIY rehearsal dinner invitations - should I include on the invitation info about the actual church rehearsal that night? Most of the people going to the dinner need to be a the rehearsal anyway. Thoughts?

Re: rehearsal dinner invite question
Maybe just a small line at the bottom that says we will meet at the church at _____
or
the rehearsal will commence at _____church at ____time.

Re: rehearsal dinner invite question
Mine actually mention the church & rehearsal time first and then I followed it up with something like 'after the rehearsal, please join us at blah, blah, blah for dinner and drinks!'

Re: rehearsal dinner invite question
You def need to mention where/when the actual rehearsal is going to be.
Usually it's something along the lines of:
Rehearsal will take place Blahday at blah o'clock. Address
Dinner will immediately follow at Blah-restaurant. Address
That's the jist, there are some cute poems I've seen on here that say it much nicer!!

Re: rehearsal dinner invite question
I made ours and yes, the inviation had info regarding the church.
I guess you could say it was sort of an invitation for the rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner.
These were our RD invitations...
The wording went like this... Kenny popped the question, and Jenn said “yes” All the planning is over, from the hall to the dress Only one thing remains for this day to be great “practice makes perfect” September 22nd is the date We’ll practice the ceremony and iron out the kinks Then it’s off to restaurant name here for some dinner and drinks! Please join the bride and groom to-be at 7 o’clock Our lady of lourdes r.c. church 455 hunter avenue, west islip, new york Dinner to follow at restaurant name here Restaurant address here Hosted by Mr. & Mrs. XXXXXXX

Re: rehearsal dinner invite question
Yes I would definitely include the church info w/ directions.... my MIL sent them out & didn't include it so I had to send e-mails to everyone w/ the church info.... it just makes it easier in the end.
