Rehearsal Dinner Invite Wording

How would you word the RD invite if the groom's family are hosting together equally with the bride's dad (but not mom & stepdad)

Also, Who should the RSVP person be? the groom parents or the brides dad or the bride/groom??? and should we give both the address for the ceremony and restaurant on the invitation or as an insert??
