Does anybody have any suggestions for a location in Eastern Suffolk (east of Rocky Point, on the north shore preferably) that won't break the bank? It can be a place where we cater in our own food and drink or one that is inclusive of food/drinks, ect. We are expecting about 80 people and looking to spend no more than $25pp including everything ($2,000 total budget).

Try Espana in Smithtown. You can probably have the whole place to yourselves and the owner is very accomodating. If you like Spanish food, it's delicious.
My job is having our holiday party there. For 30 people, he quoted us a price of $30, which includes family style appetizers (selection of five), entree (choice of four), dessert (choice of two), and sangria. With 80 people, I'm sure he'd be able to do it for even less money.

Check out Pine Hills Country Club in Manorville. We had our engagement party (brunch) there. They have a few different packages you can choose from.

Cafe amici isn't really close to where you are looking, although it is yummy. I'm looking into the same and so far Lombardi on the sound its the top runner. It's $29.95 but separate fee for drinks. Although since you are having 80 ppl, you might get a different deal in one of their Catearing rooms.... That's the best deal so far. Cooperate inn is similar in pricing but farther east and I wasn't thrilled with their catering menu.

Oh we did a lunch there, that is probably why i thought it was in budget for you but dinner is more.

OH that does make sense- i forgot the with beer & wine option wasnt worth it for us since it was daytime -- we just paid separately

You may be better off finding a place you can cater yourself, from my experience its almost impossible to find anything under $35pp, because they include tax and the 20% service fee. Also, you can look into buffet places like a chinese buffet, they are usually pretty reasonable - My cousins shower was there and I think my aunt paid under $25pp.
