Rehearsal Dinner Locations?

Looking to have a RD for about 40 people on a Friday night in January. Someplace either near Roslyn, Westbury or Carle Place. (The church is in Roslyn and we donot live around there so I am unfamiliar with what is around.) Not looking to break the bank since i am paying myself.
TIA!!!

Gino's Pizzarea & Ristorante in E. Williston. Someone suggested it for me and it was perfect. They have a private room with a separate entrance, the food is great, and their pricing is not out of this world. We did the buffet option and with tip and tax and food for 40 people it came to like $900

Wow that's a great price!! We have dumped a LOT of money into this wedding it would be great if we could cut some costs here. We are paying ourselves. We felt we'd prefer to get our bridal party nice gifts tothank them rather than spend a lot on rehearsal.
My only question is- does it look like a pizza place?

No. It has a small portion that is like a pizza place. Then they have a smaller seperate dining area for the restaurant portion, and then the bigger dining room with it's own bathroom and seperate entrance that is nice and large and has a sound system and tv so you can set up music. My mom was like ummmm pizza place...then she saw it and loved it. We went there for dinner one night to try the food and it was excellent.

FH parent's are paying, and he wanted to keep the cost down for them, and it was hard finding something under $1000. Since we chose by trays it really helped instead of by person. The only thing you pay per person is $7 for unlimited soda coffee and tea.

Here is the website

Gino's

we were having major issues for our RD, also on a Friday night in January --- no one would do a party on a Friday!! We ended up moving it to Thursday and going to the restaurant we had our first date in in Queens..

We were looking in the Bellmore area, but Hemingways in Wantagh was willing to do it and they were affordable and had a private room.

Good luck!!

No ask them about buffet style. That's where u pay $7pm for soda and just pay by tray. U need the menu for pricing on the trays. Dunno if it's on their website

As much as I love the Boussola, go with Cafe Baci. You will be thankful when the bill is low.

We had our party at Sergios in Massapequa. Of course, I would have preferred a place with amazing food... the food here was 'good' not bad. At the same time, we needed to save $$$$$$ !!!!
