Rehearsal Dinner near North Shore, Nassau?Chinese, Italian?
Hi!
We're looking for an inexpensive, relaxed RD. We're not from the area so we have no idea and need your help!
We'll be staying in the Glen Cove, East Norwich area and want somewhere within half an hour. Prefer to spend less than $30/person without alcohol for 20-30 people. Thinking maybe Chinese or Italian or anything affordable. Any recs?
I read about East Wok, Imperial Wok, Jani's-- have any of you tried these?

Have you ever been to Page One Restaurant in Glen Cove? It's really nice! And it's not so expensive. It's right on School Street.

Orchid in Garden City is a great Chinese place for a RD
FH and I also love Tupelo Honey in Sea Cliff...not far from Glen Cove

ohh Tupelo Honey in Sea Cliff is really cute, my mom lives right up that block!!

La Terranova in Glen Cove is also tasty. I know they can hold parties there, but I've only had dinner a few times, so I don't know their catering menu (not sure $$ wise). Don't let their awful website deter you from calling, hahah.
