Rehearsal Dinner - Need Help '11er

I need help with the rehearsal dinner. We are getting married in Roslyn and the hotel block is in Uniondale.

Where should we look at? Restaurant recs? How much does it normally cost per person?

Any info is appreciated!

We got married in Roslyn and the hotel block was the Marriott in Uniondale.

While we didn't have a formal RD (we didn't rehearse until the morning of the wedding at the RH), we did get together with some of my family and friends for a casual dinner the night before. We did it on Old Country Road, by the Source Mall.

There's tons of options over there, and from what I remember it was a quick ride back to the hotel...and there's a WalMart there, which came in handy since I forgot to buy pantyhose and needed a case of beer for the hotel room

I'm actually getting married in Lake Success and our hotel block is at the marriott in uniondale. We are having our rehearsal dinner at Jonathan's in Garden City Park they had a room that would accommodate our huge group of OOT guests
