What is everyone paying for their rehearsal dinner? How many people? Should you include those that are going to be there the night before the wedding?

Haven't really thought about the where or how much yet. We have time. We are paying for our dinner rehearsal. We are planning on having parents grandparents bridal party siblings and any OOT guests that are in town that night.

We are paying $32.95 a head which includes beer, wine & soda. It is at Katie Daly's in Massapequa & it is a three course meal. it doesn't include the cake though. We are inviting immediate family, bridal party & guests of BP.

We are paying 34.95 pp, which includes beer, wine and soda and salad, appetizers, entrees and desserts. I'm inviting BP, parents, grandparents, everyone involved in the wedding (basically anyone I am having do anything for me day of), and a few really close family members. I would love to have all OOT guests, but since FH and I live out of state and so does most of his family -- we'd be inviting almost all the wedding guests, which we just couldn't afford to do!

29.95 includes a sit down dinner with 3 courses (guests will have a choice of 3 entrees), wine and soda, cake (with cannoli filling!). We'll run a tab for liquor and beer.
We originally planned on inviting ALL OOT guests, but everyone and their momma has decided to make a vacation weekend out of it, so it got too much.
We will have both sets of parents, BP and their guests, FI's OOT relatives. About 30 people total.

My whole family is coming from out-of-state, so we invited them, my FH's mom and siblings, and the friends from out-of-state who are traveling too. It ended up being about 50 people invited.
We are paying $20 per person for a salad, choice of entree, unlimited soda, coffee, and tea. We are having a cash bar. We will probably bring in our own dessert.
We just included people who were involved in the wedding ceremony. Parents, readers and BP so we just all went out to dinner with no per person price set.

We had it at Europa in chateau briand- 55 pp thats including tax and gratuity- we had open bar and a full course meal- like a mini wedding. they did an amazing job and the food was EXCELLENT! We had 45 people.
