rehearsal dinner question

Hi, girls...
Who gets invited to the rehearal dinner? Shoud the girlfriends/boyfriends of the bridal party be included? Also, do you usually give out the gifts for the bridal party the day of the rehearsal as well?

I invited bridal party and guests, our parents, siblings, and parents of children in wedding.

We gave our gifts to them that night.

We are inviting the BP with their significant others and our families. Plus the readers and our soloist. That will end up with almost 40. Plus we may have some OOT guests coming in a couple of days early. Our private room can seat 52, FMIL said no problem.
