Are most of you having your rehearsal dinner during the week? Having my rehearsal dinner on the Wednesday night before my Friday night wedding makes sense right?

Everyone I have heard of has it the day before, not 2 days before, but I'm sure Wed. would be fine. I'm getting married on a friday and having it on Thurs.

We are getting married on a Saturday and having the rehersal on a Thursday. I didn't want to feel pressured the night before the wedding. This way we can have a few drinks and RELAX and have some fun!

We are getting married on Sunday and having the RD on Saturday night. We have a lot of OOT family so they will definitely be there by then.

My only concern would be how far away everyone lives that needs to attend. I wouldn't want people to have to take an extra day off of work and pay for an extra night's hotel if most people didn't live close.

Hi My wedding is Friday and we're having it on Thursday. I really wanted to have it on Wednesday but some of our wedding party is coming from N.J. and we didn't want them to have to come out a day earlier and spend another night at the hotel.

It doesn't have to be the night before... mine is the Tuesday before my Saturday night wedding. The priest can't do it any other night that week. I doubt that people will forget what to do!

I'm doing the same as you-Wed and Fri. I asked everyone if they would mind at Wednesday before we booked. I thought it would be nicer so that we could have a day to relax in between.

My rehearsal was on Thursday and wedding on Saturday. Worked out great, it wasn't until 6:30 in the evening. My friend had hers the Saturday before her Saturday wedding, which was also great spacing it out, and it was a Saturday night so we could hang out all night!!

we did ours the thursday before our sat wedding - so yeah i think wednesday is fine
