rehearsal dinner question

ok, who gets invited? we have out of town guests who are part of the ceremony (their kids) but others who are not. i know my aunt and uncle will assume they are invited but neither they nor their children are part of the wedding. FMIL is asking me for a tentative list and i'm not quite sure what to tell her

I am having the same problem. The place where I am having it only holds 35 in their private room, but I feel bad leaving any close family members out!!

They say to invite OOT guests but thats up to you. We had ours 2 days before and only 1 OOT guest was here during that time and we did invite her, but she was also the daughter of one of our readers which are IL's best friends and are extremely close. But its up to you with the whole OOT guest situation.

Other than that we had: BP with their SO, although some of their SO's couldnt make it.

FG, RB and their parents but RB's father was a GM so they would've been there no matter what.

Readers

My grandmother and uncle (my 2 cousins were bm's)

we had about 42-45 ppl total
