Whats you price range exactly?? I've done alot of research for RD's in western suffolk...
I'm having mine at Ludlow Bistro in Deer Park, it's a cool place and they can really accomodate anything food/price wise...Brian is the owner and he's very nice.
try sergios in massapequa.. its in east massapequa almost to the border of suffolk. they are really reasonably priced.
I've been making calls too. . . . . . . It's crazy I have 66 people!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG! Luckily we only have like 30. Don't really have a price range....just on the lower end of the spectrum....basically, long story short - the people who was suppossed to be having the RD just backed out, so FH and I have to pay for it - so we have no idea what to expect. Any place that we would like to is waaay too much $ for us (like b/t $55-$80 pp)

Theres places in Babylon Village...like the Carriage House, I think its around $35-38/pp. The Blue Lagoon in West Babylon is $25/pp.
