Rehearsal 'Dinner' Sites

OK, so I am getting married on a Friday night and since everyone in the BP lives in NY, we want to do the Rehearsal 'Dinner' the weekend before instead. I put 'Dinner' in quotes cause I thought it would be nice to do a brunch instead, just to change it up a bit (and bring the price down a little)

So, I am looking for nice restaurants that would have a private room for about 30 people. Both of our families and the entire BP live in Queens, so I would like to have it somewhere in Nassau County (some parts of Suffolk would be fine, I just dont want to make people drive very far).
