Rehearsal Dinner Speech Question...HELP!

Hi girls
I also posted this on the BHB thread, but let's see what my fellow '08ers say! My rehearsal dinner is this Saturday and I'm not quite sure who is supposed to give a speech or toast? Any opinions or advice?

i have been thinking of a mini speech just to say thank you and tell everyone how much they mean to them.???

ive seen a couple of speeches made, one RD it was the parents, the couple, the best man and MOH. Another time i saw the father of the groom and the groom give a speech. Do what you like

However you'd like to handle it. Traditionally it's the host of the RD, then the Father of the Bride, MOH, BM, and Couple.

We are making the speech. Our MOH and BM are doing one at the wedding and are parents did one at the E-party. This is our chance to thank everyone.

FH and I will definitely say something... and maybe my parents. FH's dad is his best men so he'll already be making a speech at the wedding... but he's a 'crowd' person so I can see him saying something at the RD too!

you and FH can give a mini speech to thank everyone for being involved in the day. and if anyone else might want to give a speech, they can too that night.

Thanks girls so much! I guess we'll jump on the bandwagon and give a speech! LOL I know my FIL's will and my stepfather...so we might as well too! It really is our only chance to express how grateful we are to everyone! Thanks again!
