Getting married in 10 days!!! At the rehearsal dinner we have to give a speech. Do we both speak or does my FH just speak. We obviously thank our family and bridal party but is there anything else we should include?

Wow i never thought about that....i would guess one or the other could say something, that would be sufficient enough or it would be up to you. Personally we are both scared public speakers so I am sure the task will be left for me to do! lol Maybe I will have a glass of wine or 2 before I actually do it.

we didn't bother writing anything specific....just thanked everyone for coming the distance, thank our parents for their love & support and our BP for standing with us...we kept it short & sweet!

Yeah, I don't plan on making a 'speech' per say - I was planning on just say thank you to everyone and let them know how happy and grateful we are to have them in our lives and around us at such a special time.

We each spoke---I planned mine, DH didn't plan his....I said something specific for each of my BM, parents, grandparents, readers, and he did same for groomsman, parents, readers but it's not a necissity--been to RD where Bride & Groom spoke, one Spoke, or parents of groom just spoke....whatever you want!!!

We are very informal... so we are probably going to just keep ours pretty casual
