Rehearsal dinner??-Suffolk County

I need your help, ladies.
I need to find a place to have my rehearsal dinner Of course I want it to be close to the church(St.Patricks Cathedral-Bay Shore).
There are a couple of places I have been recommednded to go to, but I don't know

RECOMMENDATIONS
-Gino's
-The Gatsby(recently renovated)
-Don Ricardo's
-Seascape Inn

Money is a issue.$20.00 or less a person would be great.

HELP...

Jon Thomas Inn off Sunrise Highway or Gemelli's on Montauk Highway.

I didnt even think of Gemelli's thats a great place. I am not familiar with Jon Thomas, I'll have to check it out .

Gemelli's is great, or even the Irish Coffee Pub in Isilp.

I can highly recommend Jon Thomas Inn in Brightwaters. They have several different menus, a private room and are great to work with. I had my sisters baby shower there in July and people are still talking about it. I know Gemelli's is expensive as just a restaurant so dont be surprised if they are more than your budget. Also you can try the Irish Coffee Pub, friends of ours had their rehearsal dinner there last summer and it was beautiful as usual, I just dont know how there prices run for a fixed menu. Hope this helps.

We are using Papa Joes in Deer Park. They are within your price range and have a nice private room.

we had our rehearsal dinner at the irish coffee pub and it was fantastic! we had our own private room.

i would stay away from Don Ricardo's. we had our e-party there and it did not go well. don ricardo's is not used to a 'large' crowd (we had about 30-35 people). we waited almost 2 hours between ordering and getting our food. people were not happy. some of the food came out cold and it was obvious they had started cooking much earlier and were keeping the food warm. i would not recommend them for more than 10-15 people. we live about 2 minutes from there and DH and I go there all the time - it is just not a good place for larger gatherings - IMO.
