Hi, My church is in Queens and I was looking for a good place for my rehearsal dinner that is not too expensive ( I don't want my in-laws to spend a fortune).
Any suggestions?

The Brick Cafe in Astoria is nice. My fiancee and i love this place. Its on the smaller side, so depending on how many people youre having at your rehearsal, its very quaint and the food is excellent. Here is a link so you can check it out :)

Astoria is a good option like someone else mentioned...I am from astoria so I can give you alot of suggestions.
About how much pp are you looking to spend? and what type of food?

Giardinos in Douglaston is also very nice but a little furthur from your church.
Hi, Well since the in-laws are paying for that, not too much. It is about 15 people. They might do a pp thing or just pay the bill.
The Douglaston restaurant we used to love. It has changed. I really don't like it anymore. I went last year and it was awful. I used to love, love it!

There is also Donovan's in Bayside and That's Amore in Flushing. We're thinking of having ours at one of those places since its near our church in Flushing.
