Rehearsal Dinner Suggestions???

My fiance and I will be paying for the rehearsal dinner for the wedding and I am trying to find someplace reasonable, probably price fix to have it. I am pretty sure our bridal party's significant others are invited to this so it's going to be around 40-45 people. The rehearsal is at St. Pat's in Bayshore and I would like something either in the Bayshore area or in Hauppauge or Commack. Any Suggestions?
Also the wedding is not until March but when do you book this?

Irish coffee bub in Islip does rehersal dinners in a private room with a private bar and its right down the road from Bayshore. I would say there is also captain bills in bayshore as well. If you want to go closer to your venue with really nice view of the water there is snapper inn and the riverview I think you schedule it a few months before like 3 i would assume maybe even the month before. I live right by the bourne manor so I know the area really well.

Butterfields in Hauppuage is really nice and has good food - I've had work Christmas parties there a few times and I know they can put together a price fixed menu for you.

I would book as far in advance as possible so you can pay them off little by little. That always seems easier to me then saving a big chunk myself and then handing it over lol.

I'm booking McCann's in Massapequa. It's just a local bar, but the decor is super nice and prices are reasonable.

Molly Malones in bayshore is on the water by the ferry dock. They have an upstairs room and their prices are very reasonable
