Rehearsal Dinner - who gets invited?

so I sat down to make my list out and it ended up looking like an abreviated version of my wedding guest list!

Are you just supposed to invite people that will actually play a part in the rehearsal? If not, than how do I know when to cut it off...aunts, uncles, brother-in-laws etc....
My feeling is just family, close friends and those in the wedding party....? Is there a
standard 'who to invite'?

Your parents.
Your bridal party and their significant others.
Readers and their significant others.
Out of town guests.
