Rehearsal Dinner without Rehearsal

Rehearsal Dinner without Rehearsal

Is this okay? Our RH told us the rehearsal is done 30 minutes before the actual ceremony and we can't do one the day before.

We still want to do a rehearsal dinner though. Is it okay that there is no actual rehearsal the day of the rehearsal dinner?

I think why not.....you still need to give out gifts and its a nice time to eat and hang out with the ppl closest to you right before the big day!

Yes, it's perfectly fine. I'm actually going to a dinner tomorrow night and there is no rehearsal. I think it's more about getting everyone involved in your special day together right before the wedding

yeah, we're doing that cause we're getting married at the RH. we're doing a dinner the night before where we'll hand out gifts and i'm going to go over a timeline of the day of quickly to make sure everyone knows what's going on.

Yes this is what we are doing.

For us, RD is really just to get everyone together and celebrate the night before.

Yes. I have been to two Rehearsal Dinners & neither of them had Rehearsals.

We're still doing a rehearsal dinner without the rehearsal. At the rehearsal dinner we are going to give out the gifts, my dad is going to make a speech, and we're going to pair up the couples and give them a run down of the day of the wedding. This way 30 minutes before they will know what's going on. I won't be at the 'rehearsal' 30 minutes before the wedding so I want to make sure everyone knows what to do.
