Rehearsal Dinners

Hey Girls,

Question...about how much pp. does it cost for a rehearsal dinner? this wedding is making me soooo broke! Also is this done the night before the wedding?

we are having our RD at a hall at my parents apartment complex... We are having it catered and its pretty cheap.. If you can do that, I am sure it will save you a bundle!!!!!!!

I am going broke also. Ours is at Viva Loco in Merrick and its $24 p/p not incl. alcohol.

Almost ever place I called was around that price.

I also wonder if its cheaper to pay p/p for alcohol or run a tab? Any ideas?

For my engagement party we ran a tab just because if you actually figure out how much each person has to drink to satisfy the amount you pay for them depending on the kind of drinkers you have, they usually drink less than the required. You wind up paying for drinks that people didn't consume. I think especially with a rehersal dinner where there prob isn't as many people at least you will only pay for the drinks your guests actually drink.
