Rehearsal Invitation Wording Help!!

I'm looking at different rehearsal dinner invitations online, but all of them just state the time and place for the dinner. What about the time and place for the rehearsal at the church? How did you girls word you rehearsal invitations?

Then maybe on the bottom, back or separate card you can give full addresses for both locations
