Rehearsal invitations

Rehearsal invitations

FSIL is actually putting them together(not happy about that -but one thing less for me to worry about) I'm not sure I really like the idea of saying Rehearsal since its more of an Out of Towner thing. There won't be an actual rehearsal that night. I'd like to point her in the right direction at least.

Any ideas what you can/should say?

or

Re: Rehearsal invitations

Maybe you can say something like 'we invite you to join us for a gathering before the big event' or something like that. But it you're not rehearsing then I definitly wouldnt call it a rehersal dinner.

I'm just not sure how I feel...i'm convinced I don't want to use RD though I should probably TELL her that before she gets any further.

Welcoming dinner or gathering could work but since it's only a small part of the guests, i'm just confused.

I know i'm totally over thinking this though!!!! That only makes me more crazy.
