Rehearsal Timing

I spoke with the church today and they said I could do my rehearsal at 6 or 6:30 pm the Thurs before the wedding.

Most of my bridal party lives in Nassau and my church is exit 68 on the LIE in suffolk, so I thought it made most sense to start at 6:30. But that means the RD wont start until 8?

Would you push it back to 6 -- knowing it would put people in more of a time crunch? Or leave it at 6:30 and just hope everyone can deal with a late night.

hmm are you having a lot of ppl? I would maybe ask someone what they think since they are coming from nassau. Is dinner close to the church? and how long is rehearsal?

only reason I ask how long is maybe you can make dinner a little earlier so its not such a late night but on the other hand traffic is totally a factor 6:30 might be your only option.
