Reheating lobster

DH brought home two already cooked lobsters yesterdy and I don't know how to reheat them so they don't get dry and rubbery and tough!!

Is the microwave the way to go? Help!

Hmmm.... I've never reheated lobster before, but I would try steaming it just for a couple of minutes. The microwave might obliterate it if you're not careful.

DON'T put them in the microwave with the shells on!! They'll explode all over the place!

You can steam them back to warm, or even just toss them for another minute in some rapidly boiling water.

Wrap them in foil and put them on a cookie sheet. Bake them at 350 for about 20 minutes. They will still be yummy!

Maybe make lobster salad instead of reheating!

Hmm, well I didn't read all this till this morning, our computer at home isn't hooked up b/c we're painting the office.
I put in the microwave but only quickly, DH had removed it all from the shell (it smelled like low tide i the kitchen) so it was okay.
I know better for next time though! THanks.
