Hi Ladies....so I have 2 months left YIKES!!!! FH and I are paying for 90% of the wedding so budget is TIGHT. Were getting married at Fox Hollow so no church or anything to do the rehearsal at until the big day. Is it tacky of us if we don't do a rehearsal dinner?? HELP please.

i would do something small then. even at your house. its more of a time to thank the bridal party and everyone for their help and get you ready for the big day. will you be giving the bridal party gifts? this is usually done at the rehearsal dinner.

I didn't do a rehersal dinner for the same reason. We were also on a pretty tight budget and we didn't have a rehersal the night before. I invited all the girls to my hotel suite the morning of the wedding and had a little light breakfast and did gifts and thank yous. Maybe not conventional, but it worked for us.

We didn't do a rehersal dinner because we also got married at the RH. Our bridal party was just my sister, my niece and DH's friend. Time was just too short before the wedding, and DH's mom was just not feeling very well.
We are going to have a 'rehersal dinner' once the weather gets a bit nicer and we can get everyone together.
