Where is the church? Is there a restaurant you or FH like to go to that has a back room or something?

The church is in Ozone Park Queens. I kind of like a place called Danny's In howard beach they have an Hibachi bar but are kind of expensive and not very pricate if you do not have enough people to fill the bar they sit you with strangers

well, go there and tell them you want to know if you can reserve a table or two (depending on how many people you are inviting to the RD) and tell them you don't want others sitting at the table that are not with you and that it's for a rehursal dinner. find out how much per head it would be. maybe if you can guarantee X amount of people they'll give you a little discount? Ask.
i don't know queens well so i can't recommend a place. maybe some other girls know of places in ozone park or howard beach or around there?

What about Tratoria Lincontro - it is in Astoria Queens - Yummy italian food, it is a restaurant and then they have a private party room- FH and I have it on our list to look at when the time comes. WE already love the food - just need to check out the prices.

My favorite restaurant is in Howard Beach...VINCENT'S...on Cross Bay Boulevard. Nothing fancy but the food is outrageous!!!
