Hi, I'm looking for a good place to hold my rehersal dinner - Baldwin or RVC. Between 20-25 people. I'm planning my wedding from MD, and I don't really know any of the good places to eat there anymore! TIA

There is a ton of places in RVC -- I would suggest Blue Moon. Or Angelinas in Lynbrook. Both reasonbily priced and have private rooms.
There is also LaParma in Oceanside.

Blue Moon in RVC George Martin in RVC Franks Steaks in RVC
been to all 3 for different events and loved em.

Dodici RVC , they have a party room also and there food is excellent
