Who pays for it and sets it up? I thought the grooms parents? Am i right or wrong. Im so confused on who does what.

Traditionally, the groom's parents pay for the RD.

i beleive the grooms parents do that. but in my case his parents aren;t helping at all nor did they even offer. so my mom and dad said they would do it. i am not going to start argueing over this. i just will not be giving them any credit (ex: like having them on the invitations) my fh agreed with me so that was good no argueing there.
