I'm a little annoyed with some people in my Bridal Party. I originally wanted to do the rehersal the weekend before followed by dinner as everyone works late during the week. Plus our wedding starts at 11:30 am so I want to go to bed early. someone complained that they did not want to do wedding 'stuff' two weekend a row during the summer.
So, should I do the rehersal and then dinner the saturday evening before the wedding, or the night before?

Re: rehersal dinner poll
I would do it when it's convenient for YOU - so definitely the weekend before if those are your options. You're going to have to wake up so early as it is on your wedding day and you don't want to have the dinner the night before.

we're not having a rehearsal but we're still having a dinner the night before. i would email everyone and give them a choice.... either you do it the saturday before and get to relax and enjoy yourself at the dinner, or you do it EARLY the night before (like start the rehearsal at 4 so dinner is over by 7-7:30) and possibly have to leave work early

Yeah well I don't want to do wedding stuff every weekend either, but I do. Tell him to s*ck it up and attend the damn rehearsal. It's not like it's going to take the full weekend anyway!
Ours is actually the Wednesday night before our Friday night wedding. HTH!

Re: rehersal dinner poll
Our rehearsl & dinner are two weeks before our wedding on a Saturday. Its impossible to do it during the week because everyone works & because my 2 nieces & nephew are in the wedding & they are kids. Thay can't be out late on a school night. We actually have 1 GM & 1 BM who most likely will not even make the rehearsal at Church because of work, but they where honest & up front about it. Do whats best for you.

Thanks, I will ask them that if they cant do something during the weekend, then Wednesday or Thursday would be good options too. I'm so sick of dealing with my bridal party.

If that person doesn't want to do it, then they don't have to. there, problem solved.
You should do what's best for you and FH! If a person in your BP is making a stink, then they have to just get over it. It's not THEIR wedding!

I AGREE! My cousin gave me such problems then ended up backing out of my bridal party soooo she is officially uninvited

Re: rehersal dinner poll
My rehearsal is a week before because that's the only time my church does it. Tough for your BP that doesn't want to do two weekends in a row. They accepted BP responsibilities didn't they????
Do what works for you. If they can't come, oh well.
