Rehersal Dinners - Garden City - HELP

Any suggestions of places would be appreciated.......Not living there at the moment, is making it difficult.

I USED to be a huge fan of 7th street but I think they have gone down hill lately - they expanded - but unless you only have about 20 people (you can check out the downstairs if you have a small group) you would have to be upstairs, and honestly there is no real private room - it is just separated from the main room - we ate there and could see and hear the shower that was there and they really have no privacy - also I didn't think the food was nearly as good. - I had my high school graduation party there - but I think it has changed lately. JMO.

The Orchid would be a great place if you don't mind chinese food.

There are lots of buffet restaurants you could go to. In Garden City there is a place on Stewart Ave, near Roosevelt Field Mall, called International Buffet. I can get you info if you want... we had our e-party there. You can even reserve space for your r-dinner if you want to. FM me if you want more info.

There is also Waterzooi- best mussels in town
and Victory.
