ETA: He is good... but he is a true contractor. If you are interested in fixing a room or doing a little bump out off the back of your home... he is not your guy. He does larger renovations. He just brought my best friend's house from a 1600 sq foot with no basement to a 3200 sq foot with a full basement and turret.
