Relieved!
The band we hired for the wedding is not a regular 'wedding band' - they are a bar band and FH and I both new guys in the band before we met each other. I know all the guys in the band and he knew one of them. We both love the band and so it was a perfect choice. I was talking to the mother of one of the guys in the band and she told me her son was 'cutting back' and not playing in the band all the time, which I didn't think was a big deal. Then FH and I went to see them last weekend and found out that he didn't 'cut back', he completely quit and they replaced him with a new guy. Not that they sounded terrible, but they sounded different and I was so unhappy about it. So, I sent a message to the guy who quit to ask if he would still play at our wedding and he responded 'of course - I'm honored that it means so much to you.' I am sooo happy!!!!! ![]()

Thought I was going to have to start looking for a DJ at this late date - and very relieved that I don't have to!!!
