That is so frustrating! I ordered thank you cards from the knot and when they came in they looked like they were photocopied from an old raggedy thank you card so I wrote to them and they said

Thank you for your recent theknot.com inquiry.
You would just send the items back with your packing slip. We don’t pay for shipping charges back to us.

I couldn't believe no apology for the inconvenience or question or explanation about the quality. I wrote them back that I won't be using them for anything again and three days later...no reply.

'wat do I wanna do about this??'

I wanna talk to a supervisor... preferable one who graduated from high school, wit a edumakation in langwaj.

Me - Okay.
JS - we are reviewing your email and we would like to offer you a free salad
Me - No thank you. My email stated that I had brown lettuce and hair in my last salad, so Im done. Which is why I even brought it to your attention.
JS - Oh. Okay have a nice day.
Me - right, thanks.

WOW.

It almost seems like they forwarding to someone else (manager or something) and idiotically replied back to you.

I mean, I freaking love Just Salad. AND I've gotten hair in my food at 5 star restaurants, it happens.

You have every right to complain to mgt about the poor food quality - they should have either refunded you your money or sent you a coupon for a free salad. Did you speak to the mgr when you went in there?

Seriously though, FH and I were just talking about how HORRIBLE customer service is EVERYWHERE. We have been dealing with with so many companies lately because of the house and no joke, everyone seems incompetant.

Just yesterday we order a chandelier at Pottery Barn. The guy is reading off a piece of paper with our address and STILL manages to type it in wrong for the order.

He says 'oops, I guess having glasses doesn't help me to see! You have to call this number tommorow morning to change it.'

FH calls Pottery Barn this morning and the chick says okay, she changed it. He calls back because he felt iffy about the chick. A diff person confirms that the first chick only changed the zip code on the billing info, not the shipping.

The first guy put the wrong address all together for billing

Don't even get me started on Home Depot
