I know! What IS up with all those flowers? They & she did look pretty though....

I'm thinking they last because they make it last... they go into the marriage knowing that they have to work at it, and find that love. Not only that, but I'm thinkging that if they're so in tune with their culture/tradition, then they'll do anything to keep it, right (no divorcing)?

maybe they are taught to expect different things from a marriage? maybe we expect too much, like a fairy tales and when that doesnt happen we are not willing to work on it... I have no clue...

It is sad that the % of marriages that last is higher for 2 strangers getting married than it is for 2 people who are supposed to be in love with each other
