Renate's Boutique in Lindenhurst

We ordered MOH dress there. Issues with when it was supposed to be in. Anyway - we finally pick up this Saturday and the DRESS SMELLS LIKE MILDEW! IT'S DISGUSTING!!!!!

Nothing.
It's our dress now, its paid for.

They were an absolute nightmare start to finish. I feel like as soon as I said - I only need 1 dress - they couldn't have cared less. We only ordered from there because they had a the sample and it was convenient for my MOH. Honestly I have to say most of the girls were blatantly rude.

edited - we can have it dry cleaned. just an added hassle considering the dress is new!!!!

Oh no, my mom ordered her dress from there. I hope everything turns out ok.

sounds weird - but smell the dress and the bag its in.

I didn't like them either! I called ahead to make sure they had the dresses i was intrested in (gave them designers and dress numbers) i was told they had those dresses. when i got there they only had one dress!! i was pissed that i wasted the day and the tip out there.
I went with my MOH who also traveled in to go with me. I wanted her to see the dress i choose for the bridal party. I put the dress on bacuse the sample was too small for my MOH. The woman helping us looked at the dress on me and said 'You're goona put her in THAT dress?' She was trying to politley tell me that a heavy girl should not be wearing a satin dress. i explaines that i purposley choose an A-line dress for that purpose because 3 out of my 5 girls are a little over weight.
Needless to say i wasn't too happy there either.
