Renovating 1st floor of cape - opening up the entry

for those of you who have capes and knocked down the bedroom wall nearest to the stairs - in order to make an open space for a living room & dining room...

who did you use to do this? including the banister for the steps, how much did this cost you?

We also want to replace the wooden floors - not sure how much that is going to cost either.

If anyone has any recommendations for a contractor or company please let me know thanks!!

Looks great Scott!
So glad there's another Behr paint fan on here. I remember the great paint debate a while back!

I love Behr!
