We are thinking of purchasing outfits for the guys instead of renting tuxedos. However, there is the issue of shoes.
Does anyone know where we can RENT shoes?
Thanks!

Just out of curiousity, why would you buy the tuxedo's? Usually, the only time a man needs to wear it is if they are in a wedding, and in that case, they are usually different every time depending on what the bride/groom choose.

Cause we are thinking of getting them Indian Nehru suits. And that is something they can wear afterwards.

You can purchase tuxedoes at many of the stores where they rent them - i.e. Zeller Tuxedo. Or men's clothing stores like Brooks Brothers.

That just sounds very COOL! I would love to see pics of that! My cousin's husband is from India and when they got married, they had a traditional Jewish ceremony, and later that day she wore a red and gold sari at a small reception with the whole family. It looked stunning!

Re: Rent shoes only?
Sorry I have no idea where to rent Indian shoes. In the last Indian wedding I went to, a lot of the guys were wearing non-Indian sandals which look fine to me and don't seem to stand out. In fact I just looked right now in my photos to see what shoes they were wearing since you were looking for Indian shoes. I am including the pic in case it will help you make your decision.
And here is a pic of the groomsmen in Sharmila's wedding (Sharmila is from WC).
