Anyone know where I can rent a house out east to have my ceremony and reception? Ideally, I'd like a waterfront house I can have the ceremony outdoors and rent a tent for the reception. I'm only having 75 people at my wedding. HELP!

I would check homeaway.com We rented a house for a weekend over the summer for my friend's bachelorette party and it was great.

I once thought of that too but it started to cost more because of the added house fees for a party and more money with the catering and rental of tables, chairs etc. it might work out but check these out too for price comparison and these other locations may be under consideration.

There is also Brecknock Hall in Greenport. It isn't on the water but is very pretty and you can have a tented reception outside http://www.brecknockhall.com/
