Does anyone know if there are replacement windows that cut down on outside noise?
Anderson carries a real big line of dif types of windows. You can one with extra insulation or the extra glass pane which will cut down size.. I suggest that you go to one of their showrooms and check it out.. GOod luck! =)

I would think most regular replacement windows (not just Anderson - actually many replacement brands can have better specs than Anderson) can cut down on noise. I just had all my windows replaced and saw many different contractors and most good windows have at least 2 panes of glass and the proper insulation to do so. I know some even offer some with three panes of glass but you will pay for it and not sure if it is worth it - at least I wasn't convinced. I haven't noticed any difference but I live in a relatively quiet neighborhood to begin with and am use to city living where there was always noise. My MIL said she saw a big difference when she had some windows replaced (as far as noise) and she had her windows replace quite a few years ago...
