I did 6 weeks...Plus my invitations are going out 6 weeks before the RSVP date

we mailed ours out 8 weeks before the wedding and put 4 weeks before as the rsvp date. We had a few stragglers to call after the date passed, otherwise it was fine.

I think the norm is 6 weeks. But I sent my invites out earlier so I did 8 weeks.

I'm doing 8 weeks and sending them at 12. I've heard mixed reviews (that we may have fluctuation at the end) but it's too late now. I wanted to have the rsvps back before christmas.

I would say 6-8 weeks that time frame allows for the procrastinators.

I did one month before, which is the same date to book the hotel by. I didn't want to confuse anybody with different dates.

I'm doing 6 weeks. Gives the people who are always late time to reply and then us enough time to make what I'm sure will be repeated phone calls.

I would say 6 weeks before. Gives you time to track down your stragglers.
