Reply postcard question

We are doing the reply postcard and on the front will probably be the quote from When harry met sally where he says something like when you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with someone, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible. maybe we will do a variety of quotes, who knows. but for the back, we will have on the right side our address and a stamp and we got this stamp that says postcard and seperates the two sides, if that makes sense. however, on the left side, where you normally write a quick note, i am undecided. do i...
make a line where people write their names and they check a box that either says we are delighted to join you or a box that says we can't come (in so many words) OR do we write something that says 'we would love a little note from you saying whether or not you could join us' and then people will write us a note. so i have two questions:
1- which do we do? the box or the note
2-if we do the 'write us a note' one, what is a nice way to say that?

thank you ladies!

I say go with the boxes. It is easier and most people will write a note anyway!
