Question - When you put your parents names, how do you do it?
Mrs. Barbara and Mr. Glenn Smith?
Or Barbara and Glenn Smith?
I'm confused! TIA

Thanks. Would you say Mr. and Mrs. Bob Smith? OR Mr. and Mrs. Smith?

Re: Reporst - Wording on Invitations
Mr. and Mrs. Bob Smith is the correct way.
My parents are listed differently. Their divorced and my mother said I better not make her Mrs. anybody on that invitation.

Got it. Now how about his parents? His father passed away but I'd like his name on the invitation.

Re: Reporst - Wording on Invitations
son of... Mrs. X and the late Mr. X
Check with FH to make sure he wants to do that. My FH lost his Mom at a young age and I suggested this and he did not want to do it. So check with him to see what his thoughts are. I think it is a great idea.

Re: Reporst - Wording on Invitations
He definitely wants his father's name on it, it is just a matter of do I write Mrs P Smith and the late R Smith or Ms. P Smith and the late R Smith? She has a boyfriend now.
