If you invite 260 people to the wedding, what would the percentage of guest that do not come?
I thought there was something about that (like a myth)....

I heard it was 20% that usually decline. So, in your case that is 52 people.

The AVERAGE is 20%, some people have more, some people have less.
You can't count on people coming/not coming... There were people who I thought wouldn't come that did and people who I thought would come that didn't.
We invited 429 people and we had 325 which gave us a 24% rate of no's. On the day of, we had 12 people as no-shows, half had legitimate reasons, half did not.
