yes and no. I went there for dinner for a bachelorette party last year. It wasn't family style and they didn't play italian music it was more like dance/pop music. But it can be a little raunchy. For instance, the waiters kind of grind on the 'bride' or whoever the guest of honor is at the table and they bring over blow job shots for you to do and the waiter holds the shotglass against his crotch. That kind of grossed me out but it's all in good fun. I had a blast and so did the bride. Food was fairly cheap. You can get up and dance on chairs. so if your mom won't be shocked by a blowjob shot (you could always turn it down I guess) then go for it. My mom would get a kick out of it, but I know some moms might things it's loud and nutty. Hope that helps!

OH MY GOD! I will NEVER go back there again. Some of my girlfriends took me there back in December to celebrate my engagement and the waiters took it way to far. Yes they usually grind on the brides, birthday girls, ect...no biggie. I can handle that kind of stuff. But they out right molested me! They tried to put whip cream on my chest and lick it off! I literally had to jump away from them! They wouldnt take a hint. They thought it was ok to grab me wherever the hell they wanted. I dont know if I was there on a bad night or what but it was a horrible experience. If your at all shy DONT GO THERE!
