We have just started thinking about our bridal party and about how to ask them. I'm looking for nice ways and/or creative gift ideas to ask our closest friends to share in our special day....any suggestions?
*I ordered from amazon 1 'Made of Honor' dvd and 3 'Bridesmaids' dvds...as a start.

What a good Idea! I hadn't heard that one before..too cute. I think delivering the gift to them personally is the best, if you can, or doing a big announcement at an e-party..this way you can get pics too.

We're not going to have a E-party...but wanted to get them something special and just ask each in person...I seen the idea for these dvd on the boards and stole it, lol...good idea.

I ordered wine labels and put them on a bottle of wine for each of my bridesmaids and matron of honor. I ordered them on etsy, and they came super fast and the quality was great.

Got them all a wire hanger of there names and decorated it with the wedding colors...

For all my girls, I took a box and stuffed it with tissue paper, of course the colors of our wedding!, then taped a ring pop and typed a little message saying, 'Now it's my turn to pop the question, will you be my bridesmaid/ maid of honor?' All the girls loved it and they said that they were so happy to feel special.

I ordered cards from greeting card universe. I found personalized cards. I didn't have an engagement party and half of my bridemaids live out of state. Everyone loved them.
